We are Sir Madanlal Institute of Nursing and Paramedical situated at AlampurHauz, Agra Road ,Etawah, U.P., (INDIA) in around 10 acres of green lush land away from the hustle and bustle of the city at a beautifully landscaped and planned piece of land. The campus is just 3 kms from Etawah railway station and 4 kms from Etawah central bus station with frequent bus service to and from the campus and about 250 kms from Lucknow International Airport. SMGI campus is located at very strong position geographically as it is about 100 kms from Agra, 100 kms from Gwalior (M.P.) 150 kms from Kanpur and 350 Kms from Delhi (The Capital of India) on National Highway No. 2.

Courses Offered

• ANM Course

  • Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery course
    
    ANM stands for Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery course. It is a 2 years long Diploma program related to the field of nursing.
    
    Nursing is an integral part of healthcare sector. Nurses play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of different types of health organizations (hospitals, dispensaries, NGOs etc). It is a Diploma course, commonly just known as ANM course. Duration: The course is 2 years long. Generally, first academic phase is a year long. Second academic phase is 6 months long. 6 months are dedicated towards internship. After completing this course, successful candidates may register themselves as registered nurse or midwife with state nurse registration council.

• GNM Course

  General Nursing and Midwifery course
  GNM referred as General Nursing and Midwifery it deals with the education of nurses’ in general health care, nursing, and midwifery. This programme will boost you in career prospects. After completing this course, successful candidates may register themselves as registered nurse or midwife with state nurse registration council.
  
  Duration Of Study for GNM Program
  It is a 3 years long Diploma program. Academic program is 3 years long and 6 months are dedicated towards internship. Internship is mandatory. Theory examination will be held in the identified centres and practical examination will be held in the clinical area of respective institutions. Examinations will be held both in the morning and the afternoon sessions.

• B.SC Nursing

  • The B.Sc. Nursing Program, a course from Sir Madanlal Institute of Nursing and Paramedical, is affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU), Lucknow, Recognized by the Government of Uttar Pradesh and approved by Uttar Pradesh Nursing Council and Indian Nursing Council.
    
    The BSc Nursing course is known to provide quality education to its students with well qualified and specialized teaching faculties.
